ICE worth sustaining (Issues, Cultures, Environments) is a newly formed nonprofit 501(c)3 organization formed to bring to you thought-provoking and diverse documentary films of the highest caliber. The mix of films ranges from inspirational storytelling to the wildest adrenaline mountain climbing, sports enthusiasts shorts to world class expedition documentaries. We carefully select the very best films in the world to create the most interesting and diverse selection for our events. ICE also brings expert panelists, filmmakers and directors to meet you and create these events as an educational, empowering and simply fabulous experience.
Through its unique blend of thought-provoking films and pioneering guest presenters, ICE worth sustaining deeply engages its audiences and encourages dialogue and FUN! Since its inception in 1979, this documentary film festival has evolved into one of the most recognized and distinguished events of its kind in the world, and we are delighted to bring it to Houston for its second year.
